Your Heels

Every where I go The first thing I notice is a persons feet and if they are well maintained. I cant help it, Maybe its just me or maybe your feet say a lot about you! If Somebody has dry cracked heels it is the most disgusting awful look you could give yourself! If you think nobody notices think agian ladies because people do notice! Part of having clean maintained feet not only includes fresh non-chipped polish but a soft glowing heel to go with it! So please take car of your feet this summer and make a fashion statement for those gorgeous feet as well as the rest of you!

If you have problems keeping your heels from dryness and cracking and feel like you have tryed everything, Don't fret! I can make ANYBODY (even the dryest foot of all, soft and smooth in about 4 weeks) So you too can do this at home! First and for most you NEED a professional pedicure at least once a month. And that doesn't mean Happy Nails where they bearly rub a slimy pumice to the bottom of your foot. Because we all know this does nothing for you! I am talking about a real pedicure with a nice foot file that actually removes dead skin followed by a sugar or salt scrub to exfoliate any excess skin. 

In between your Pedicures you MUST have a foot paddle in your shower. You can buy it at Sallys beauty for only 3.99$ So please invest in one. Most of my clients tell me, Well I dont have time in the shower I have Kids I have work I have a thousand excuses. But I say B.S!!! Make it a part of your daily routine. It takes 2 seconds. Make the time for yourself. Its a must. 

An there you have it, Simple as a quick foot file in your shower and a monthly pedicure and you have gorgeous summer feet to show off proudly! :)

What color Nail Polish with a gold dress?

My clients always ask me which color polish goes best with gold! Its been quite the popular outfit this summer, and now its my turn and im wearing a gold dress tonight! So after several color applications I have come to decide that Red nails is best. Red is a classy bold color that stands out beautifully and looks fabulous with gold. Now If your more of a natural girl then "Baby love by debroah lipman is the polish for you. Its a soft creamy light pink that just makes your nails look so healthy clean and freshly manicured. "Baby Love" would go with just about any outfit!

Do your Nails Chip after two days!?

If you have problems with chipping nails there is hope for you! The number one reason nails chip is because of oil or dirt on your nail plate. How many of you clean your nail Bed with acetone or alcohol at home before you polish? Probably very few. Not only does your nail plate need to be throughly clean and dry you need all your cuticles to be pushed back because if you polish over a small peice of skin laqure will lift right off. Next I reccomend A base coat called sticky by creative nail. This is probably one of the best base coats I have ever used! It has a tacky finish and makes the polish adhere very easily! Then you need two (never one) coats of polish and a good top coat! Your nails should always last 5-7 days!
